At FRAME, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
